Shipping and payment

1. Shipping

• We deliver within 3 working days.
• Standard shipping within Germany: 3.90 € (islands plus a 14 € island surcharge).
• Free shipping within Germany from 20 € order value.
• Parcels are shipped with DHL.

2. Payment methods

PayPal

After clicking "Order with obligation to pay" you are taken to PayPal, where you sign in and confirm the payment; you then return to our shop and receive your order confirmation. Depending on availability, PayPal also offers payment by credit or debit card or by direct debit there.

Prepayment by bank transfer

You receive our bank details with the order confirmation. Please use your order number as the payment reference. The goods are shipped once the payment has arrived.
